The DPSCSs Maryland Correctional Institution - Jessup (MCIJ) Maintenance Department is requesting the following The Contractor is responsible for Executing all work as directed by the DPSCS designated on-site Representative, Contract Monitor (CM), or their Designee. Furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, management, tools, and equipment necessary to remove the failed heating water pump and replace it with an equivalent new pump, including three (3) valves, flex connections, hardware, and associated materials. The office of the Division of Capital Construction and Facilities Maintenance (DCCFM) office will provide as-built documentation support upon request and availability. Boiler Room Heat Pump Replacement at Maryland Correctional Institution - Jessup Questions Due Date: 13 June 2025 1:00pm All questions pertaining to this solicitation are due to me by June 18, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Questions shall be submitted to me via email. The answers to all questions will be posted on EMMA. MBE goal: 0% VSBE goal: 0% Vendor shall: a) Provide all necessary materials: 1. Equivalent New Pump 2. Valves (3) 3. Flex Connections and associated hardware b) Remove failed pump and associated hardware. c) Install new pump with all associated hardware, including valves (3). d) Work is expected to be completed within thirty (30) work days from NTP. e) Return to the facility 15 October 2025 to start the system
