Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jessup, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and pipeline.

The work for this project involves repairing and replacing the two gas lines located at Maryland State Police Waterloo Complex at 7777 Washington Boulevard, Jessup, Maryland 20794. It will also consist of connecting new piping to existing piping located at each building. Each new line will exit the ground outside of the buildings and then enter through the exterior wall to connect to existing piping due to new code requirements.
