Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All work necessary to replace the existing wet well mounted sewage pumping station with a new factory-assembled 200-gpm duplex wet well mounted sewage pumping station complete with pumps, piping and valves, controls and associated appurtenances, installed on the existing precast concrete wet well; install SCADA system; install pump bypass piping and other incidental work at the Mall Lift Station site. Replace the existing standby power genset, transfer switch and electrical at the South Point sewage lift station site. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each Bidder must submit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for Bidders. The Whitehall PSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Whitehall PSD also reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening Bids. The Whitehall PSD reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Project. The Whitehall PSD further reserves the right to waive any informality in a Bid or reject such an informal Bid if it is to their advantage to do so. Final Completion: 360 days from start date.
