Q/A Cutoff Date: 05/30/2025 Q/A Cutoff Time: 04:00 PM CDT All questions and requests for information must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer will respond to all such inquiries in writing by addendum to all prospective bidders The SHA is seeking bids from qualified, licensed and bonded entities to provide the following detailed services: Blanket contract to remove asbestos all-inclusive of but not limited to tile and base, ceilings and walls for a period not to exceed three hundred sixtyfive (365) days or until contract amount of $60,000 is reached. Remove 1 layer of asbestos tile and base per square foot (typical size +/- 1000 sq foot) for Residential unit Remove 1 layer of asbestos tile and base per square foot (typical size +/- 500 sq foot) for Hi-Rise unit Price for wall/ceiling and removal per square foot Typical floor plan for Hi-Rise and Residential units are attached Contractor will be responsible for completing the remediation within 5 business days of notification of the unit assignment Contractor will be responsible for protecting surfaces, floor coverings, windows and other areas not being remediated
