The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract. Contract payment will be by the lump sum price and/or unit price method as indicated on the Bid Form. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date designated above for the opening
