The Town of Bridgewater is requesting bids to rehabilitate the existing booster pump station with new electrical equipment, pressure tank, booster/transfer pumps, selected demolition, and repairs of existing equipment. The engineered construction plans are attached in Appendix A. The technical specifications are attached in Appendix B. All questions regarding the repairs to the booster pump station will need to be submitted by Monday, June 2 at 3:00 pm to Megan Byler at mbyler@bridgewater.town. All submitted questions will be answered at that time and an addendum will be posted with questions and answers on Friday, June 6 at 9:00 am. Any bidder, upon request, shall be afforded the opportunity to inspect bid records within a reasonable time after the opening of all bids but prior to award, except in the event that the town decides not to accept any of the bids and to reopen the contract. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder submitting and meeting the Town's requirements. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and further reserves the right to waive or not waive any informality in any bid.
