Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bridgewater, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Invitation to bid for replacement of the roof at the Doug Will Tennis Center. Please provide pricing for either a new metal roof or a TPO membrane system over the existing metal roof. Bidders are asked to provide pricing for either or both of the following options: 1. Installation of a new metal roof Include new gutters and downspouts Remove and properly dispose of the existing roof, gutters, and downspouts 2. Installation of a TPO membrane system over the existing metal roof Include new gutters and downspouts Remove and properly dispose of the existing gutters and downspouts All questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing by Friday, October 10, at 3:00 p.m. to Megan Byler at mbyler@bridgewater.town. Responses will be provided in an addendum, to be posted on Monday, October 13, at 9:00 a.m. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets the Town's requirements. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
