The work under this project consists of the construction of a one-story, roughly 28,280 square foot, 1-story addition to the existing Clarence V. Cuffee Community Center, containing a natatorium area with 25-yard competition pool and separate leisure pool area, Aquatics Office, Men's and Women's Toilets / Showers, Family Toilets / Showers, Therapy Room. Laundry Room, and Utility / Equipment Rooms. Portions of the existing Cuffee Community Center building will also be renovated in this project, and areas of selective demolition will be necessary to tie the addition into the existing structure.
