Site work for a mixed-use development in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to Virginia Aviation Associates and drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of Virginia, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within ten (10) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. Doc note: Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format only, free of charge, through direct electronic transfer. Requests for bid documents in electronic format may be made by submitting an e-mail request to Carolyn Phillips (cphillips@tbiric.com). Bidders requesting electronic format bid documents must provide a contact name, name of firm they represent with mailing address, and an e-mail address for receipt of electronic files. Companies requesting electronic transfer will receive an e-mail link for direct downloading from Talbert & Bright's Secure Folder System. Virginia Aviation Associates reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
