Measures to Make Homes More Energy Efficient Include: Replacement or Installation of Key Components, Installation of Energy Recovery Ventilation Systems Including Bathroom and Kitchen Exhaust Fans and Installation of Whole Mechanical Exhaust Systems to Provide Better Indoor Air Quality, Install Attic Insulation, Install Window Solar Films, Repair or Furnish All Labor, Equipment, and Materials Required to Comply With the Intent of the Work Described in the Contract Documents Including but Not Limited to: This is a Roofing Replacement Project for the Aviary Keeper Building and Rest Room Building at Zoo Miami. It Will Involve Removing the Existing Bur Systems and Installing New Bur Systems. Including All Tapered Insulation, Roof Penetrations, Drip Edge, Gutters, to Ensure a Complete Roof System That Includes All Product and Installation Warranties. Phasing: The Zoo Will Determine Which Building to Begin Work on and the Order in Which They Will Be Completed. Work Can Be Carried on Concurrently.
