Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Alta Harris Park - Eckert Road Frontage Improvements H. Scope of Work This project includes the approved frontage improvements at Alta Harris Park and utility installation. The scope of work for this contract includes: Saw cutting, demolition, and remove of existing asphalt paving. Minor site grading, earthwork, and drainage. Utility installation, including sewer, potable water. Concrete sidewalk, curb, and asphalt repair. Irrigation. Landscape installation and repair. Gate installation and securing of site. All staking, grading and elevation lines to be provided by a licensed Idaho surveyor at the expense of the contractor to achieve the elevations, grades and drainage included in the plan set. C. The Contractor shall stake out the layout for all work under this contract from established elements, i.e., Points of Beginning, corner points and others, as indicated on the site plans. All staking shall be approved by Boise Parks & Recreation prior to commencement of any work. D. The Contractor shall incur all expenses for the provision of all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor as may be required in laying out any part of the work. Contractor shall layout and set construction stakes and marks to establish the lines, grades, slopes, cross sections, and elevations for sitework.
