This AGREEMENT shall commence October 01, 2025, and shall continue until Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide Crack Seal Material. All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation To Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this Bid via the eProcurement Portal. Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the ACHD eProcurement Portal. Bidders may also click "Follow" on this Bid to receive an email notification when answers are posted. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the website for answers to inquiries. ACHD will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 4:30 pm on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The successful Bidder will be required to provide 100% Supply Bond. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid.
