The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as installation of three roof mounted exhaust fans at the Ada County Jail's Health Services Unit, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the "Project"). Pre bid meeting notes: Meeting to commence in the main lobby of the Sheriff's Office. Potential Bidders will be given the opportunity to view the Project areas and ask questions of County staff managing the Project. Bidders interested in bidding on the Project must attend. A Bid from a Bidder failing to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be deemed non-responsive.
