Renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,460-square-foot municipal facility.
The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing tenant improvements to the Community Transition Center (CTC) at the Ada County Sheriffs Office, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the Project). Question Deadline 06/09/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Any and all questions, substitution requests, requests for clarification, or explanations desired by potential Bidders must be submitted in the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire project listing, and must be received Pre-Bid Meeting notes : un 5th 2025, 2:00 PM MDT - 3:00 PM MDT Meet in the lobby at Community Transition Center, PARK ACROSS THE STREET IN THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE PARKING LOT. Potential Bidders will be given the opportunity to view the Project areas and ask questions of County staff managing the Project. Bidders interested in bidding on the Project must attend. A Bid from a Bidder failing to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be deemed non-responsive.
