Question Deadline 06/20/2025 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Base Bid: Waterproofing the existing building foundation on the south side of the building, connecting to existing roof drains on the northeast and south side of the building and existing drainage basins located adjacent to the east side of the generator enclosure on the north side of the building and routing the drainage to a new seepage bed that will be constructed on the east side of the building. Add Alternate 1: Waterproofing the existing building foundation on the northwest side of the building, connecting to existing roof drains on the northwest side of the building and existing drainage basins located adjacent to the west side of the generator enclosure on the north side of the building and routing the drainage to a new seepage bed that will be constructed on the north side of the building. Add Alternate 2: Waterproofing the chase on the north side of the building. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
