Scope details have not been finalized. As of May 27, 2025 bid documents are 90% complete. Information regarding the architect and construction timeline are not yet available. Stultz, Inc. is accepting proposals on behalf of Lee County for the Arborwood Station project. The project will include sitework, utilities, paving, vertical construction, all finishes, and MEPs for a new EMS Station. MBE/DBE/WBEs are strongly encouraged to participate.
