SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1.1. Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to provide, all labor, materials, equipment,skills, tools,services, and incidentals necessary for the total demolition of structures located at approximately 33 properties. 1.2. CONTRACTOR shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, services, disposal and incidentals as necessary for the proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. 1.3. CONTRACTOR is responsible for keeping each job site in a clean and safe working condition. Each site shall be picked up at the end of each workday with all tools and materials stored properly. 1.4. Equipment and material required for daily work may be stored at each respective site but cannot unreasonably encumber the job site with material or equipment. Storage will be at the risk of the CONTRACTOR and no responsibility shall be assumed by the COUNTY for the security of the stored equipment.
