Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves flow diversion and decommissioning of the High Point WWTP to FDEP Specifications. The project is located in Lee County, Florida and will be constructed as shown in the Plans provided by Baracco and Associates. This is a high priority project that must be completed by November 2025. Contract and NTP anticipated August 2025. The Project includes 2 Scopes of Work: SCOPE 1. Maintenance of Traffic, Grading, Survey & As-builts, Erosion Control & SWPPP Compliance, and the decommissioning of the WWTP plant to FDEP and Lee County Specifications located at 9001 Sedgefield Rd. North Fort Myers, FL 33917. Please see the Plans provided with this solicitation. SCOPE 2: F&I components as seen on Bid Form and in the Plans. Mag Meter and Level Meter to be provided by Owner with installation by selected contractor.
