TIME OF COMPLETION: 75 working days as specified in Section 60-4 of the specifications. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with provisions of Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the State of California Business and Professions Code. This project requires the Contractor to have a Class A license to perform all aspects of work. Bidders/Contractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations in compliance with SB854 which states: A contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Awarded Contractor will be required to furnish electronic payroll records for project to the Labor Commissioner. The City of Visalia reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
