This contract is for the maintenance of approximately 287,104 sq. ft. (6.591 acres). The initial contract term shall be for a twelve month period and shall, at the City's option and with the consent of the contractor, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls.
