Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes approximately 13,040 SY of milling, 1,555 tons of scratch and wearing course asphalt, 5 CY of shoulder restoration on portions of First Ave, Norle St, and Elizabeth Rd in the Township. Also included is 13,030 LF of low profile curb replacement. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to "College Township". The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each representing One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount. The College Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
