Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: Approximately 25,000 square feet of site improvements including pavement removal, erosion control, grading, concrete and HMA pavement, storm sewer, lighting, and electrical. A pre-engineered grandstand with approximately 1,000 seating, press box, and lighting. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. Polk County reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
