Project was awarded to Madison Construction bid for pulverizing 180th Street, 200th Street and 165th Avenue in the amount of $21,745.00; and the Fahrner Asphalt Sealers bid for double chip sealing 180th Street using CRS #2P oil in the amount of $36,258.00 for a total bid amount of $58,003 Projects as Follows: Pulverizing o 165th Street - Last 900' o 200th Street - 170th Avenue to 180th Avenue/cty Rd I o 180th Street - 175th Avenue to 180th Avenue o Lees Avenue Double Chip Seal o Lees Avenue o 180th Street - 175th Avenue to 180th Avenue And Be Awarded at the Town Board Meeting on June 18, 2025. The Town Board Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any, Any Part of, and/or All Bids and to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and Further Reserves The Right to Award the Contract in the Best Interest of the Town of St. Croix Falls.
