PROJECT WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. One Prime Contracts comprise the Project Work titled “Masonry Repairs and Restoration: Springdale JR/SR High School, Allegheny Valley School District”. B. Perform Work of the Prime Contract under separate stipulated lump sum contract with the Owner. C. Contract No. 2023028-41 01 - General Construction. D. Work of the Prime Contract is identified below and as indicated on the Contract Drawings and Specifications. E. Prime Contractor shall use the Architects web-based project management and file sharing system “Procore”. Training will be provided as required. Substantial Completion: Per Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Article 3. 1. 25 July 2026. 2. If portions of the Work are to be accepted prior to overall Substantial Completion, refer to the Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Article 3, for the dates of Substantial Completion for these portions of the Work. Final Completion: Entire project shall achieve Final Completion within 30 days following Substantial Completion, including punch list related work and associated paperwork.
