Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Curb and Gutter removal and replacement, Drainage Improvements, Regrading of Ditches, HMA Surface Removal, Class D Patching, HMA Surface Course, Parkway Restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents for the 2025 Stormwater Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details of this document. Prequalification by IDOT will be required of all contractors and subcontractors on this project in the respective discipline(s) they will be responsible for constructing Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Lockport, City Clerk, 222 E. 9th Street, Lockport, IL 60441 and marked to indicate the following: 2025 STORMWATER PROJECT
