Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of a direct purchase roof mounted pv system and associated work. 10% bid bond and 100% performance & payment bonds will be required. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners of the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
