Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Description of Work. The project consists of but is not limited to milling existing hot-mix asphalt pavement and placement of hot mix asphalt binder and surface course, structure adjustments, and all necessary collateral work to complete improvements. Consists of existing HMA surface removal, 2"; HMA binder course, 2"; HMA surface course 2"; traffic control and protection; and all collateral work to construct the pavement repair. Location Gaskin Drive - Cul-de-sac east of Weber Rd., 15,180 sq ft All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Lockport Township Road District for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. Rejection of Bids The Lockport Township Road District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities.
