The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Formalities and Irregularities, and the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Accept Any Bid He Considers Advantageous. No Bidder May Withdraw His/her Bid Within 30 Days After the Date of the Bid Opening. Bid Package 01c-scaffolding Bids That Exceed $50,000.00 Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, Payable Without Reserve, to Board of County Commissioners, Osage County, Ok in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. This Security is Given as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract With the Construction Manager for the Construction of This Project. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After the Bid Opening Date. Bids Shall Consist of Furnishing All Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Tools, Services, Labor, and Incidental Work as Required to Construct the Project Described in General as Follows: Osage County Courthouse Remodel-phase1 Bids Received More Than Ninety-six (96) Hours Before the Time Set for Receiving Bids as Well as Bids Received After the Time Set for Receipt of Bids Will Not Be Considered and Will Be Returned Unopened
