Coryell City Water Supply District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified electrical engineering firms for professional engineering services. The selected firm will assist Coryell City WSD with project planning, design, and construction administration. Scope of Services May Include: - Preliminary and Final design plans as needed - Preparation of Specifications - Bid Phase Assistance - Construction Administration and inspection, including all necessary interim and final inspections. Coryell City WSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to w aive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the District for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date ofthe bid opening for the purpose ofreviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Coryell City WSD shall review all bids with the Board and after approval, the Notice ofAward shall be issued. Coryell City WSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid which seems most advantageous to Coryell City WSD's interest. Payment for the work performed on this project will be paid by Coryell City WSD. Coryell City Water Supply District is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract with a State of Texas-registered engineer to assist with post-award electrical engineering services of its proposed HMA project(s) funded by FEMA through TDEM. Coryell City Water Supply District is seeking services associated with the procurement and installation of one permanent 125-kW and one portable 80-kW diesel generator. The generators will mitigate water wells from power loss due to natural hazards. The Permanent generator will be installed with automatic transfer switches and diesel feud tank on a concrete pad. The Portable generator will be installed with automatic transfer switches and quick connects. Each generator will be in weather-proof housing units at the required elevation for each site. The project sites have existing security fencing.
