Any interpretation, correction or change of the bidding Documents will be made by Addendum. Interpretations, corrections, or changes made in any other manner will not be binding. All work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Specifications prepared by the Engineer. Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering and installing all materials, equipment and services, including labor for the Work, which generally involves the following activities: For the Surface Depression Repair Project, work involves restoring depressions evaluated in the Geo-Tech reports below: 1. Report No. 25-1729.124.1 Surface Depression at NE 10th Street 2. Report No. 25-1729.126.1 Surface Depression at Copeland Community Park - Priority 3. Report No. 25-1729.127.1 Surface Depression at Jim Legrone Memorial Park - Priority Restoration recommendations are outlined in each report and the reports are included in section 00900 of these bid specifications. Construction time to achieve Substantial Completion is 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 30 consecutive calendar days to achieve Final Completion. All bids shall be prepared using the Project Manual. Addenda will be sent via e-mail to all plan holders up to one week before the Bid closing time. The Owner/Engineer is not responsible for delivery of addenda to prospective bidders. BID SECURITY: A bid security is not required. The Owner will require that the Contractor furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. All Payment and Performance Bonds shall be secured from or countersigned by an agency or surety company recognized in good standing and authorized to do business in the State of Florida.
