Overlaying an existing gravel road with a minimum 2-inch thickness of hot mix asphalt (HMA), including preparation of the existing surface for paving and construction of 3-foot gravel shoulders on both sides of Shirttail Creek Road. The Shirttail Creek Road is currently a gravel and dirt road that provides access to the Solid Waste Transfer Station and the City owned Grant County Shooting Range. The intent of the project is to prepare and pave this road starting at State Highway 395 and over the Silvies River for approximately 2,600 feet. Construction funding includes ODOT Small City Allotment (SCA) grant funds. This project has an expected duration of 120 days. No prebid meeting.
