port of Hood River is Seeking a Qualified Contractor to Construct New T-hangar, Turf Taxilane and Site Improvements at the Ken Jernstedt Airfield. This Project Includes but is Not Limited to, Preparing and Providing the Design, Fabrication, and Delivery of One (1) Pre-engineered Metal T-hangar Building, Including Building Foundation Design and All Materials Needed for the Erection of the New T-hangar. This Project Also Includes the Erection/construction of the New T-hangar Building and All Related Site Improvements as Shown on the Project Drawings. This Project Additionally Includes Construction of Approx. 14,000 Sf of New Full Depth Turf Taxilane and Turf Hangar Approach Area ("Apron Area"), Approx. 6,000 Sf of Existing Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction, Approx. 12,600 Sf of Additional Turf Shoulder Grading and Miscellaneous Site Improvements to Include Installation of Storm Drainage and Utility Service Improvements. The Bidder Must Agree That the Requirements and Conditions of Employment Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates, as Established by the U.s. Secretary of Labor, or the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, Including Any Appropriate Amendments. The Contractor Shall Pay the State or Federal Prevailing Wage Rate, Whichever is Higher, and Adhere to the Most Stringent Requirements Under This Contract.
