Site work for a development in Hood River, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development.
The confederated tribes of warm springs is soliciting proposals from professional engineering firms to complete surveying, conceptual design, hydraulic analysis for baseline and proposed conditions. Basis of Design Report, Construction Budget and Construction Oversight for a Habitat Enhancement Project on Lower Tony Creek, a Tributary of the Middle Fork John Day River. The Project Area is Located on Private Timberland in Hood River County, Oregon and is Immediately Downstream of a 2023 Fish Passage Project. Project Management Will Be Provided by the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs (Ctws), in Partnership With the Hood River Watershed Group (Hrwg), and the Bonneville Power Administration (Bpa). Design Standards, Methods, and Related Reports Must Adhere to Bpa Habitat Improvement Program (Hip) Programmatic Permit Requirements and All Other Required State, Federal and County Permits. The project is anticipated for construction in summer of 2027, pending implementation funding. Permit-level (60%) design drawings should be completed. And final drawings and specifications by November 1, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
