The work to be done under this contract consists of constructing 450 lineal feet of 36-inch storm drain complete with rip rap splash pad and grated inlet, and four 60-inch diameter manholes. Constructing channels and grading within a wetland area, constructing temporary access road adjacent to a wetland area, abandoning in-place two culverts under the interstate I-84 freeway, installing conduit for re-routed underground communications and electric lines, installing temporary erosion and sediment controls, restoring wetlands, and miscellaneous restoration within Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) rights-of-way.
