Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hood River, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract includes construction of approximately 740 linear feet of new water main, water services, and appurtenance; construction of approximately 750 linear feet of new sewer main, sewer services, and appurtenances; removal of existing concrete road; construction of new asphalt road; sidewalk and curb surface restoration; abandonment of existing water and sewer facilities, connections to existing facilities, and curb ramp replacement. All work is located in Hood River, OR. The project site is located on Columbia St. between 8th and 10th St. The work is more particularly described in the project plans.
