Site work for a civil project in Hood River, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project consists of supply and installation of approximately 26,000 LF of 28"-42" HDPE pipe, several thousand feet of 2"-12" pipe, 2 large pressure reducing stations, several smaller pressure reducing and pressure relief stations, pipeline appurtenances, irrigation connections, stormwater culverts, and other work. Materials are primarily contractor-supplied. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to propose. Construction is to start by October 1, 2025 and be completed by March 1, 2026. Proposers must attend at least one of the three pre-proposal conferences. Proposals from contractors that did not attend a pre-proposal conference will be rejected. The Project is being funded by the Oregon Water Resource Department, United States Bureau of Reclamation, Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and East Fork Irrigation District. The Issuing Office is Watershed Professionals Network, 701 June Street, Hood River, OR 97031. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Proposals may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing
