Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hood River, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Port of Hood River is requesting sealed bids for the Anchor Way & Portway Parking Lots Project. This Project consists of constructing two parking lots in two empty lots owned by the Port of Hood River at the Waterfront area in the City of Hood River, Oregon: Anchor Way Parking Lot: construction of 59 parking stall parking lot consisting of approximately 19,000 SF (4" of HMAC asphalt surface. 2" leveling course, 8" of base rock) as well as utilities and infrastructure per approved Construction Plans. Portway Parking Lot: construction of 72 parking stall parking lot consisting of approximately 30,150 SF (4" HMAC asphalt surface, 2" leveling course, 8" of base rock) as well as utilities and infrastructure per approved Construction Plans. This project involves construction of two new parking lots with a combined total of 131 parking stalls. The sites are located near the intersections of N 2nd Street and Anchor Way, and N 8th Street and Portway Avenue in Hood River, Oregon. The work includes paved surfaces, sidewalks, ADA-compliant ramps, stormwater facilities, lighting, landscaping, and other associated improvements. The Port of Hood River reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids if it is determined to be in the public interest.
