Furnishing of labor and material to install underground electric distribution infrastructure along Ackerman Road, Elroy, WI. Bid security in the amount of (5) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders A pre-Bid conference will not be held. Bidder s Qualifications must be submitted to EPS Engineering & Design, at least five (5) days prior to the date set for opening and receiving of bids. Contractors on the project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages and labor standards as determined by the State of Wisconsin. Elroy Electric Utility reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Utility.
