Sewer Main Point Repair Services This solicitation has the following Broward County Business Enterprise Goal: 4% CBE. Broward County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any technicality in the bid documents, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the County The WORK to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, all labor, transportation, services, including fuel, power, water, wastewater and essential communications, and performing all work, or other operations required for the sewer main point repairs, all in accordance with the requirements of the bid documents, including the requirements of Broward COUNTY Water and Wastewater Services "Minimum Design and Construction Standards". In addition, it includes all appurtenances thereto, and all costs of permits and cost of compliance with the regulations of public agencies having jurisdiction, including Safety and Health Requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor (OSHA). The purpose of this contract is for the repair of sewer mains throughout Broward COUNTY which includes video inspection of mains and laterals, grouting, lining, excavate and replacement of pipe and access structures. This will require coordination with other governmental agencies, cities, as well as private property owners in order to do the repair. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services, not expressly shown or stated in the Bid, which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the Work in good faith, shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the CONTRACTOR as though originally specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the COUNTY. All other materials required for the performance of this Contract shall be the sole responsibility of the CONTRACTOR and shall be included in each bid line.
