The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Resurface two (2) asphalt tennis courts, in one battery, measuring 120' x 120'. 2. Remove and store +/-148 linear feet of chain link fence and bottom rail along the north and northwest fence line for paver access (fence will be re-secured upon completion). 3. Saw cut and remove 592 square feet of asphalt specified in diagram (assume 1" thickness), cut and remove visible roots, 4. Add additional rock base (as needed) and pave with VIRGIN Type S-III hot mix asphalt. 5. Fiberglass newly repaired areas and new-to-old asphalt seams. 6. Pressure clean to remove mildew and flood entire surface. Patch low areas greater than+/- 1/8" and cracks wider than+/- 1/16" 7. Apply a fiberglass membrane over entire asphalt surface with a coat of acrylic resurfacer to help conceal existing cracking and retard future cracking. 8. Apply 4 additional coat acrylic color system, including 2 coats of Laykold acrylic resurfacer, 2 coats of Tropicoat(R) acrylic court paint (or equivalent) and playing lines to USTA specifications. 9. Reposition, straighten, and repaint net posts (black) install two (2) new Six Star II tennis nets with center straps, and anchor mates with locking bands. 10.
