This package includes all remaining scopes not previously tendered in TP-1. The Work includes, but is not limited to: Structural Steel, Building Envelope, Interior Finishes, Mechanical, Electrical, Site Development, and Specialty Systems. The Lac du Bonnet Personal Care Home project entails the construction of a two-storey facility designed to provide modern, comfortable, and high-quality living accommodations for residents. Located in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba, the home will have a total area of over 80,000 square feet and will include 95 resident rooms distributed across eight distinct households. The facility will provide thoughtfully designed lounging and living spaces that ensure residents' comfort and foster a sense of community. It will feature a fully equipped commercial kitchen capable of serving the entire facility, as well as a welcoming bistro for casual dining. The design emphasizes accessibility and adheres to all relevant codes and standards to create a safe and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
