Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Neepawa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,261-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
On behalf of the Beautiful Plains School Division, the project consists of a new 767.5 sm (8261 sf) standalone classroom addition and associated tie-ins and site development site work to serve the existing school facility. The scope will include connection to existing services, connection to new site services, as well as exterior grading, paving and landscaping. General Liability Insurance limit of $10,000,000 or more Wrap-Up Liability Insurance limit of $10,000,000 or more Builder's Risk Insurance limit of $10,000,000 or more Automobile Liability Insurance Limit of $10,000,000 or more A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%); of the Contract Price; and A Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
