Reference Number 0000288252 A proposal is requested for a one-year period (2025) for the loading, hauling and spreading of crushed gravel for municipal purposes. Proposed price for: Loading, Hauling & Spreading: Ward 1 $ ____________ per cubic yard Ward 2 $ ____________ per cubic yard Ward 3 $ ____________ per cubic yard Ward 4 $ ____________ per cubic yard Ward 5 $ ____________ per cubic yard Ward 6 $ ____________ per cubic yard Rates per cubic yard mile are to be calculated from the designated pit areas. Municipal pit (Fisher Pit) - SW 6-16-16 WPM in the R. M. of Rosedale Municipal pit (Kozak Pit) - NE 14-17-16 WPM in the R.M. of Rosedale. Municipal pit (Eden Pit) - NE 3-16-15 WPM in the R. M. of Rosedale. Approximately 35,000 cubic yards to be spread, call office for details. Start date to be determined by Council, as road conditions will allow. Work to be completed by August 16 or a penalty of $100.00 per day will apply. However, extensions may be granted subject to prior Council approval. Each bidder must provide their Workers Compensation Board and G.S.T. registration numbers where indicated. Council may retain 25% hold back subject to spot gravelling and all pricing will remain the same within the specified Ward as awarded by tender. Lowest or any proposal not necessarily accepted.
