Site work for a water / sewer project in Neepawa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work shall include all labour, supervision, material, plant, tools, transportation, and a one year warranty of workmanship and materials supplied by the Contractor for the complete water line extension at the Neepawa Maintenance Yard. Project includes but is not limited to: All necessary permits, Locate existing underground utilities, as required, Supply and install a new %" cooper water line from meter located in NW corner of east shed to SE corner of west shed. 8 ft A.F.F., c/w pipestays @ 6 ft o/c and pipe insulation. Approximately 60 ft. Core 6" hole through concrete thickened edge at SE corner of west shed. Supply and install 10 ft of 4" HDPE corrugated drain pipe (frost sleeve), 10 ft of 1/2 " thick pipe insulation, & 10 ft of in-line heat trace cable, at building exit point. Supply and install approx. 325 ft of new 3/4" HDPE underground water line c/w shut off valves (2), Remove and dispose of existing 1500 USG poly water cistern. Supply and install Granular GBC-C base, compact in lifts, top with 12" of granular % down. Supply and install sand/gravel backfill at excavations and pick up points, repair surfaces to like condition, Use existing 1-1/4" waterline as a sleeve for new %" line to enter office. Complete connection of new water line at both ends.
