Reference Number 0000287853 The RM of Rosedale is accepting tenders for the extraction, crushing and stockpiling of 60,000 yards of 3/4 inch road gravel. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to perform the work as specified. Top soil will require stripping. Crush to be complete by May 31, 2025. Pit located at SW-6-16-16 WPM requires 40,000 yards (first priority) Pit located at NE 14-17-16 WPM requires 20,000 yards The tender must include the following: Contractor legal name and address Bid amount in dollars per cubic yard Mobilization Fee Proof of 2 million liability insurance Expected start and completion dates per pit The RM reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. Completion of work expected as per tender and quoted amounts. Overages will not be accepted unless approved in writing by the RM of Rosedale Notifying the RM office when work commences will be a requirement of contractor awarded. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
