Site work for a water / sewer project in Neepawa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Neepawa is servicing a new subdivision, "Project 320," with the initial work involving the installation of approximately 780 meters of water and sewer mains. The Town will supply all required materials and requests contractors to provide hourly rates for equipment and labourers. Contractors should note that the site is expected to have a high water table, and sand pointing equipment would be beneficial. Bidders are to submit a list of equipment and associated rates, sandpoint costs if applicable, as well as labourers and an experienced contractor-supplied surveyor for record keeping. References from similar installations are required. Mobilization costs and living out allowances should be included. Plans will be provided upon request. Installation will be overseen by Town staff and the Town's consultant engineers. Selection will be based on industry experience, cost, start date, and completion date. The Town reserves the right to eliminate any quote that does not meet their criteria.
