Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Dayton, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a 38,047-square-foot municipal facility.
Lyon County is seeking proposals from Nevada-licensed general contractors who meet the qualifications outlined in NRS 338.1377 and NRS 338.1691 to serve as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the design and construction of a 38,047 square foot government building located in Dayton, Nevada. proposals shall be valid for 120 days from the RFP due date. Requests for clarification regarding this RFP may be made to Josh Foli, Lyon County Comptroller, at 775-463-6510. The right is reserved by the Board of Lyon County Commissioners to reject any and all proposals or to accept such proposal as deemed best by said Board, and to waive any technicality in the form of the proposal. The project will consist of preconstruction services, project management and construction of a new building on Lyon County's site, 0 Traditions Pkwy, Dayton, NV, APN 016-406-19, see Exhibit A. The building will be 38,047 square feet and is anticipated to house Human Services, Public Health Nurse, District Attorney, Sheriff, Pre-Trial Services, Public Defenders, and the Dayton Justice Court. This will be the first building on the site.
