Reference Number 0000387792 Question Deadline 05/29/2025 at 11:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No Surety in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000 must accompany each bid, made payable to the Morris County Park Commission. The Morris County Park Commission (the Park Commission) is seeking of bidders to provide asphalt paving services at various locations throughout the park system. The Park Commission reserves the right to award multiple contracts, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, for any construction determined by the Manager of Engineering Services to be a substantial construction project, if deemed to be in the best interests of the Park Commission. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the following but is not limited to: - Paving/Repairs of Park drives, parking lots, and golf cart paths. - Grading/Regrading of stabilized aggregate drives, path, and parking lots. - Drainage system repairs, such as stormwater inlet resetting and catch basin reconstruction. - All other construction needs within the scope of ability and the requested bid items.
