Reference Number 0000390322 Question Deadline 06/27/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No The scope of work includes removal and installation of approximately 5,140 linear feet of Deer Fencing at the Fosterfields Living Historical Farm located at 73 Kahdena Road, Morris Township\ Additionally, as-needed price per fence post shall be provided for purchase, and installation in an area(s) adjacent to the Fosterfields Living Historical Farm. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00 payable unconditionally to the Morris County Park Commission, Bidder shall submit with the bid a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Morris County Successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. The TERM of this contract shall be for a ninety (90) day term commencing on August 1, 2025 ending on October 29, 2025. In the event of unavailability of such funds, the Park Commission reserves the right to cancel this contract. Bidders must complete all items listed below to be considered.
