Separate SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris in the Office of Purchasing, Morristown, New Jersey. Snow Plowing and Salting at Various Morris County Facilities Department of Public Works Division of Buildings & Grounds No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid and Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment.
